This can have several causes. We recommend that you enter your address manually in the checkout. If it still does not work after this, we recommend that you contact our customer service. It is useful to send a screenshot of the entire checkout or the error message.
We do our best to restock sold-out items as quickly as possible. You can enter your e-mail address by clicking on the envelope next to the desired size. This way you will be informed as soon as this product is available again.

With the shipping method you can choose to have your order delivered at home. In the Netherlands it is also possible to have your package delivered to a DHL service point.
Finally, choose the payment method and complete the order. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation at the email address provided.

The way you receive your refund depends on the payment method you have chosen.
As soon as our distribution center has received your return, you will receive a refund within 10 working days. You will receive a refund via the original payment method.
Delivery of a package can take 2 to 3 working days, we depend on the chosen carrier. If the order is placed before 5 p.m., it will be given to the carrier the same day. The shipping costs are € 6.10 and are automatically deducted in the shopping cart
If something has gone wrong with your order, it is important to contact our customer service immediately. This way we can provide assistance as quickly as possible.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with Track & Trace. Here you can view the status of the shipment and (if possible) give the delivery person further instructions about your delivery.
