Shipping costs

Shipping is completely free for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days will be shipped the same day. For orders within the Netherlands, this often means that the order will be delivered the next day, depending on PostNL.

Please note, some items from the Spring 2024 collection have a custom delivery time, this is listed on the product page

TRACKING ORDER
The moment your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from PostNL. This allows you to view the status of your order.

CANCEL ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders, because they are automatically processed in our systems. After you have received the order, you can return it.

DISCOUNT CODE
When completing your order you can enter a discount code. The discount will then be immediately applied to the products in your basket.
